3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payments are processed securely through CyberSource. We do not store your full card details.

  • SouthPods reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, age misrepresentation, or regulatory non-compliance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (orders placed before 2 PM CT may process same day).

  • Deliveries require Adult Signature (21+) as required by federal law.

  • A signature fee is added at checkout.

  • We only ship using PACT-compliant carriers.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some states and cities are restricted by law; orders to those areas will be automatically blocked at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if products are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
